Corvus Primesite looks for skilled employees with an awareness and commitment to improving the industry’s future workforce and intellect, and believes that employing university and tertiary students, graduates and trade apprentices along with experienced industry professionals is key to the future of the construction industry.
This commitment includes industry associations such as the Master Builders Association.
We will train and develop our people in our systems, communication, industry standards and process, Government standards, codes and relevant legislation.
This is done by formal training, mentoring with senior staff and on the job coaching with a specific focus on relationship management, the clients environment and QSE implementation.
Onsite training for our people and other workers includes project specific inductions, tool box discussion and inductions into safe work method statements with site specific needs that have been identified.
We will also encourage and support our employees with external training and courses to develop awareness and career paths as future industry leaders and members.
Employees will be given opportunities to increase their skill and remuneration base by training to be competent tradesmen and or managers within a young and dynamic growing company.
Consistent daily, weekly and monthly review of planning, programming and tasks across projects will allow us to monitor the training needs and implementation into our business.
