The works consisted of the construction and fitout of specialist medical suites with new acoustic and glazed partitioning, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services, vinyl and carpet floor finishes, feature walls finished with graphic lifestyle european wallpaper and joinery to suit the specialist suites specific requirements for examination purposes.

The reception area was finished with hand selected Monaco Brown marble slabs.

With detailed planning, co-ordination and communication with the resident doctors works were successfully completed whilst the adjacent fully functioning medical centre remained operational 12hrs a day, 7 days a week.
