The renovation of this commercial property in the heart of Redfern has heritage significance to the local area.

Originally a workers cottage in the 1900’s Corvus Primesite were engaged to renovate this property into a modern commercial  space whilst maintaining its original characters and features in conjunction with Sydney City Council.

This included the repair of external cladding, new timber floor joists and Jarrah select grade timber flooring, timber wall and roof framing, new accessible bathroom with automatic glass sliding door, new kitchen with bifold servery windows, operable walls and associated steelwork, restoration of internal render, windows, architraves and skirtings along with new electrical, fire, hydraulic and mechanical services.
