Construction/Fitout of the 4500m2 office structure which is part of the $400m redevelopment of the 20ha site at Botany, Sydney.

The project consisted of the construction and fitout of 4500m2 office tower for the administration department of the Amcor Paper Mill.

The structure works consist of structural steel, bondek and concrete slabs, fire spray of all structural steel elements, external precast panels and core filled blockwork.

The internal fitout includes all services co-ordination, glass and plasterboard partitions, plasterboard and grid& tile ceilings, pelmets, doors and frames, windows, stainless steel benches, units and cladding, carpet, vinyl, epoxy flooring, joinery, toilets and shower partitions, membrane, tiling and internal & external painting.
