Successful completion and handover was achieved on the design and construction of this four storey boutique apartment development in the heart of Rozelle.

The original property was constructed in the early 1900’s and is located in a conservation area of Rozelle. As part of the works the heritage facade has been retained as part of the development whilst the remaining building structure has been demolished.

The original facade and party wall required substantial temporary structural strengthening prior to the demolition, excavation and piling works being completed.

The construction included suspended concrete structure and facebrick facades including the integrated fitout of the lower ground office area, garbage room, ground floor retail areas, grease arrestor room and ground, first and second floor boutique apartments.
