Following client consultation a design was prepared to suit their needs for additional modern bedroom, bathroom and entertainment spaces whilst maintaining the original characteristics of the property.
The carefully planned design provides water views to the new master bedroom, a 3m high cantilevered cathedral window to the eastern facade providing natural light throughout the property, a solid timber staircase with glass balustrades, a zoned ducted AC system and state of the art wireless entertainment system accessible to all areas controlled by the use of smart phones to compliment the new bedrooms, bathrooms, walk in robes and media space.
This outstanding property is finished with beautiful french terracotta roof tiles and new gables to maintain the original character of the facade.
All works are being completed whilst the owner occupies the existing ground floor of the house.
Our contract included the preparation and submission of relevant documentation to council and we’re responsible for obtaining pre and post construction certification.
