PROJECT DETAILS

Construction and Fitout of a two storey steel framed office building with over 4000m2 of area including new offices, administration, 400m2 tilt up warehouse, covered car parking under, truck wash bay and new roadways for heavy vehicle access. It includes the integration and refurbishment of existing facilities enclosed by a feature architectural screen to the frontage.

The design and construct project scope consisted of the construction and fitout of a new curved 2 storey1114m2 office/administration building and 1272 m2 covered car parking area with 1477m2 of concrete paving & new driveways for heavy vehicle access. The building features an architectural screen to the frontage modernising the aesthetics of the existing buildings and integrating it with the new structure. The existing building included upgrades to staff amenities such as a new covered balcony lunch area to the south and new windows to the western warehouse factory offices.

Other new works such as access stairs and ramps were constructed for integration into existing structures to ensure access requirements meet current codes and relevant Australian standards.

The new administration building is an integration of a new building into an existing facility which amalgamates existing resources to create efficient new space for the growing businesses and operations.
