The refurbishment of 12 residential apartments with stunning water and harbour views in the heritage conservation area of Woollahra works include the removal and replacement of existing windows and balcony doors with new low e solect glazing and sunshade awnings to suit basix requirements.

The works are to be completed whilst the apartments remain occupied throughout the project with minimal disruption to tenants whilst achieving programme and delivery milestones with safety and shared occupation paramount in the planning phase.

Corvus Primesite was also responsible for the preparation and submission of the development application and obtaining the construction certificate to enable works to commence.
