This incredible bespoke renovation designed by renowned multi award winning architect Virginia Kerridge was an inspiring project to have the privilege to build . With stunning handcrafted recycled blackbutt windows and doors with matching sliding flyscreens with finite detailing of brass rails, sash and louvred windows the craftmanship was something to be admired. Mixed with heated concrete floors, panelled ceilings and intricate galvanised steelwork, high level glazing, a floating roof with cantilevered blackbutt joists, blackened steel splashbacks complimented by blackbutt veneer on plywood to all joinery throughout the project and much much more. Access to the site was extremely limited which had it’s challenges and precise planning was required in all aspects of the build with the high level of detailing and finish. It truly was an absolute pleasure to construct , the photos do not do this project justice. Simply stunning.
